Conflict Management in the Church/Conflict Transformation in the Local Church  2008-2009 Academy

Churches spend much of their time problem-solving and sometimes conflict-resolving. However, some conflicts cannot be resolved, but must be managed instead. How communities deal with inevitable conflict determines the future of any church's mission.  The Gault Center has completed its first year-long academy on Conflict Transformation with excellent feedback. This Academy is available every two years for church and organizational leaders. Please contact us for more information for the 2008-2009 Academy.

Virtual Leader Training

The Virtual Leader program is a facilitated, game-based computer simulation that teaches you a new way to think about leadership and allows you to practice what you've learned. You will learn to think about what is and isn't being said, how tension in a meeting can be a good thing, and how to understand the dynamics of power and influence. The Virtual Leader Training can help you get what you want: people working together to accomplish something good.
